Responsible enjoyment with McCain

The various kind of McCain's frozen French fries are extensively tested and found to be particularly compatible for being prepared in the HiFri^®. The most important products are already pre-programmed in the menu of the HiFri^® and thus are easy to prepare.ereiden.

Pre/fried in responsible oil

Since September 2006 McCain is the first and only to pre/fry their complete assortment of potato products in responsible oil. This oil is 100% pure and plant based, rich with vitamin E and contains 70% unsaturated fat and hardly any trans fat.  Therefore, this oil easily meets the guidelines set bij the Dutch campaign `Verantwoord frituren` (responsible deep-frying). The products of McCain are responsible and made of pure and fresh ingredients!

Effective, safe and easy cleaning with JohnsonDiversey 

Effective, safe and easy cleaning HiFri^®, in close cooperation with JohnsonDiversey, developed a fully automatic cleaning system for the Hifri^®. An absolutely clean unit has been the main focus of course, but without compromising the aspects of safety and operating ease.
An extensive testing program has been conducted to research the optimal combination of cleanser, dish water and time. The chosen mixture led to a cleaning process hat can be operated on a daily basis guaranteeing the best possible result.

Safety
The cleaning process is fully automated by a dosage pump which always doses the right amount of cleanser from a safepack  Suma Auto Oven. The Suma safepack is a closed system, wich means the user is never in contact with the cleanser. Beside this safety aspect concerning the user, there is also safety installed for the consumer: this built-in 'intelligence' , the products to be prepared will never get in contact with the cleanser. This way taste and health are guarenteed. 

Simplicity
The HiFri^® cleaning program is fully automated, with one push on the button the whole proces is set in motion. In other words, more time left for otheer business. With delivery of the system a clear manual for the use of Suma Auto Oven system is delivered, but the cleaning experts of JohnsonDiversey also added clear instructions for the cleaning of the outside of the HiFri^® unit.
