The HiFri® with the integrated exhausting system (HF0102) is in the Dutch situation € 12.450,- excl. VAT, transportation and installation costs. The purchase of a HiFri® makes you eligible to apply for several subsidies and tax advantages (in the Netherlands), a process HiFri® can take care of for you. Operational costs
The operational costs of the HiFri® are remarkably low. The largest expenses of traditional deep-frying are the purchase of frying fat and the labor costs for the filtering, renewing and cleaning of the frying fat and frying system. When you compare these costs with the purchase price of the HiFri® you can see how quick the HiFri® pays for itself by saving on now unnecessary expenses mentioned before.
